The stylist did not seem familiar with cutting men's hair...asked for a fade and another stylist had to explain it to her. She also didn't know how to use fiber paste, telling me she's never used it despite it being a product sold in their store (I left with white chunks of paste in my hair I couldn't see in the store mirror, noticed them in the car). Seemed rushed and more interested in eating the pizza delivered to the store, of which she also (despite working in the service industry) didn't know how to calculate a tip for the delivery guy and so was back and forth with the other stylist figuring that out while I waited to have my haircut finished. HOW DO YOU NOT KNOW WHAT A FADE IS?? Also, after the initial 5 minutes of explaining a fade and my desire to keep length on top, suddenly she's back from putting her pizza away with scissors taking length off the top.

Pro Cuts disappointed me once again. I have always dismissed it because who's perfect? But it's happened one too many times. They left my bangs crooked, completely buzzed the back of my head, they have horrible customer service, and they completely rushed my hair cut. I was in and out of there in 5 minutes. The hairstylist made me feel rushed and stupid. She didn't even check my hair to make sure it was fine. I am angry because now I have to go and get another haircut to get it fixed. I know that I will never go to another procuts ever again.

Only have gone here as a last resort and I won't even do that anymore. The never seem to be able to do more than a simple buzz cut on a guy. The last time I was there I described the length, direction of part and exactly where I wanted the part line to be cut in and how big to make it all this back up with pictures of the last time I had it done by real professionals and they STILL messed it up. They only way to fix it now would be to shave it all one short length which I hate to do. Very unhappy with my experiences here and will never go back. If you are a guy that does more than just get your hair cut one length I would avoid at all costs.
