I booked an appointment for a trim today, because I have an event this weekend. I arrived before my appointment time, which was 1:00. I was told that my appointment was scheduled for Monday, and the stylist they booked me with wasn’t even there today. They didn’t offer any alternatives, so I left, and will NEVER go back again. The receptionist didn’t even apologize. And I was ready to book my Daughter’s wedding with them!! I called Moxie Salon, and they had an opening, so I went there and I’m so happy I did. Friendly, accommodating staff, great stylist and I booked my daughter’s wedding with them. Very unhappy with Entourage.....they were wrong and unprofessional.

Very friendly. Nice place. Although took my son there for a rock punk kinda hair cut she said she could do. Even had a picture. The cut looked nothing like the picture. She pretty much just layered his hair. Did not at all give it the punk look. It was a total was of my money. Plus they are not cheap at all. I would have thought they would have done a better job for that kind of money. My son was so upset can't fix the cut cause she cut the hair to short.

Again I just want to comment on the exceptional service and skill of Keisha! She is by far, the best stylist I have ever come across in my years of visiting Luxury Salons. The facility is extremely comfortable and the entire staff shines professionally. I highly recommend Entourage to anyone visiting from out of town or any locals seeking out a new establishment for regular beauty "maintenance".

I have gone to several great salons in my lifetime but Entourage is my favorite. I start feeling relaxed as soon as I walk in. Tera gave me such a great cut and style I don't want to go anywhere else. My hair is quite difficult and recalcitrant but behaves nicely after a visit to Entourage.
