I should have gone to a more expensive Salon. My haircut got messed up and now I have to go pay for it to be fixed. I wanted a very simple, blunt bob style haircut and got a stair-step type look on the left side. The Beautician also was angry and was muttering under her breath when a family came in with their two kids, saying that she thought they were done with kids for the day. This Salon offers kid's haircuts as is clearly posted on their signage. They were also like 3 hours from closing, so it wasn't like they were coming in the door last minute. Gets an extra star for fast and cheap.

I went in with an idea of what I wanted and Shelby gave me exactly what I wanted. She even trimmed a small bit off of the edges of my beard and gave me an application of beard oil and beard balm. I liked it so much I purchased one of each. Best part was I was able to be in and out over my lunch break. Online check-in makes life a lot easier.

Took my children in a day ago and showed a picture to the woman of exactly what my son wanted it was a simple trim with layers and she chopped all his hair off. It is very choppy no layers at all. Way too short! Not even close to the picture! I never do reviews but the thought of another child going in and coming out with a horrible hair cut turned my stomach. I felt I needed to forewarn people to NOT go here! Zero star
