I can't believe their customer service here!! I called to make a appointment for my nails to be filled at 10:30 am and the lady that answered the phone said there wouldn't be another open time until 6pm. So I explain I was from out of town and just needed a fill. Which she said she would call me back if she got a earlier time "WHICH SHE NEVER DID" so I could back at 4:40pm to make sure the time was still good for 6:00pm and at that time she said there was no more openings. Worse Customer Service Ever!!!

She did a great job doing a French Mani on my short nails! Turned out wonderful!!

Tired of them over booking. We call and make an appointment at 4 and we are still waiting at 4:30 and they are no where near gettingto us. This is not the first time we had to wait like this. 😡
