My rating is more so for my stylist Chanel then the salon itself. I have been seeing Chanel for about 5 years now and followed her from another salon to this one. Chanel is precise, has an excellent eye for detail, is familiar with a variety of techniques and from what I have seen over the years - able to work with clients who have different hair types and styles. She’s very personable and looks to understand your routines and habits to ensure the cut and style fits your lifestyle and ultimately make you feel like your best self! Personally, I see Chanel for short cuts - she’s really great with fading and again, very precise. I have done longer cuts and pixie cuts - she masters both. You are in good hands if you ask for Chanel. The salon itself is nice, warm and they are welcoming. It’s two floors and very spaced out - I haven’t gone for colour treatment but see it’s available and may try that next time so I can do it all in one place. Pricing is in line with the area.

I've been getting layers for the past 15+ years from various stylists and Chanel is definitely top tier. I was also super worried about changing it up with an undercut but she took the time to listen to me and gave me exactly the cut I wanted. I recommended her to a friend and she also could not be happier with Chanel's work.

Been going to Chanel for years, she is amazing. During the consultation, she listens very attentively to try to reach the style/cut that I am looking for....and always delivers! Very talented hairstylist. Do yourself a favour and book with Chanel, you will not be disappointed!

Chanel has been the top stylist I have had for many years. She is very attentive and wonderful at her job. She is the best! Immediately book an appointment!
