I didn't think I was a spa person. I absolutely loved my experience. The staff was very friendly and professional. I had a fantastic experience and would highly recommend this spa. I am definitely going back.

I had appointment today at 6:30 pm. I reached there at 6:25 the door was locked and I tried calling them no one answered the call and the voice message said to wait if you have appointment someone will open the door no need to call back. I waited there for about 12-15 minutes no one opened the door and then left. The lady called back and she said i never booked appointment for 6:30 it was for 6:45. They don’t value other people time. I am really disappointed

My First time to visit Balsam Spa, I was very impressed with the level of quality and professionalism. From the moment I walked in I was warmly welcomed and my entire visit was completely enjoyed. I indulged in a Relaxation massage, and the Luxurious manicure & pedicure. Miss Sheena made sure I had a wonderful experience by letting me know what to expect and making sure i felt pampered and relaxed. I will definitely return and would recommend Balsam Spa.

Great staff. Super relaxing and calming environment. I went for an eyebrow threading and the lady was fast and great! Haven’t found a local descent threading place in Newmarket, yet now I’ve found the one! I will definitely be going back here. I also enquired about doing facials here and the lady gave me a great example and explanation of the facials I could have for my skin. I will for sure be trying a facial here. Overall super nice staff and an excellent service.
