It is my first time getting wax here and I’m very happy with the results. The store is very clean and hygiene. Staff are friendly, helpful, attentive, and welcoming. Best waxing place in Mississauga. Definitely come back and recommend!

First off the space is beautiful, welcoming and clean. Front desk was nice and friendly. Komal performed my services and was awesome! She was patient with me and did a great job explaining the services and giving me great recommendations. I will definitely do all my future waxes at BikiWax!! Keep up the great work!

It was my very first time getting a Brazilian Wax. I felt nervous by the fact it would be painful, it was my first time and that I would feel uncomfortable in a lot of ways but omg. I felt very comfortable, she had a lot of patience and she was doing her job professionally. Irene was the only who assisted me and I should say she’s just perfect. The way she was doing her job, she was doing it with love and care and she did an absolutely great job. I see she loves what she does and she wanted to help me out. This place is just perfect. The environment is clean, the customer service is great and it’s just perfect here. I love it all.

I have been getting laser hair removal here and the results are PHENOMENAL! HOWEVER, this review is for the FACIAL I received. It was hands-down the B-E-S-T facial I have EVER had! I am an avid facial receiver but Van has impressed me yet again! She never left my side during the treatment. While we were waiting for mask to dry, she massaged my arms and hands! And during the facial I received a proper face and neck massage. Everything was well thought out and top notch from the comfy/cozy blanket, to the products used. My face looked great right after and EVEN BETTER a couple of days later! I can't stop looking at myself! My face looks very bright, tight, and smooth. I love it! I hope that it is not too far-fetched to publicly declare my love for Van and her team!

Very clean and relaxing place. The receptionist is very friendly and caring. I had eyebrow threading with Komal. She did an excellent job and exactly the way I wanted. I had my facial with Monica. She did a fantastic job and it was very relaxing. I was thinking to my self "am I having a spa vacation?"
