I have been seeing Kelsey for a number of years. She is a lovely, professional and kind young lady. She always listens to how i prefer my haircut. I've never been disappointed.

I’ve always had a great experience here. The front desk is very kind. Everything is clean and well kept❤️ My stylist is Bree and I’ve always been happy with her work! From red to blonde she’s done wonders with my hair ❤️

Wonderful experience! From being greeted when I checked in, to being called back on time. Told the stylist exactly what I wanted and she let me know it would take a few visits to achieve the look. I sooo appreciate that instead of them damaging my hair to meet "my" expectations. I literally cannot wait to go back.

I saw Kim for permanent eyebrow services ($180). At the first appointment, she stated the service would last two years. It barely lasted a year. Knowing that things vary person to person I went for a retouch (for which I paid an additional $120). I was displeased with the shape of the retouch and reached out to her. I never heard back. I texted her and she stated it would be $100 to correct. Unfortunately, I will not be back. Communication is inconsistent and the quality of the service was lacking.
