After my usual stylist cancelled my appointment last minute, I was trying to find a salon to get my hair colored/highlighted before Easter Sunday and around my crazy schedule. I drove past Mia Salon and on a whim, called at 6:00pm to see if anyone had last minute availability. I spoke with Brian who immediately had incredible customer service of trying to accommodate my request. He messaged his stylists to see if anyone had availability. He maintained constant communication with me while I waited for a stylist to get in touch with me. While none of the stylists had time on such short notice (very understandable), a stylist (Lena) was in touch with me the next morning and I was sitting in her chair that evening. I could not be more happy with the customer service Brian showed and Lena’s styling perfection! I have a new salon and stylist!

Customer service top notch at this unique salon. Gorgeous industrial setting with multiple offerings of service.and boutiques. Kristen is an amazing talent with hair. She went the extra mile helping with a large bridal party needing hair and make-up done around the holidays. The owner was quick to respond to a recent text when I was looking to get a pedicure. He texted me immediately with the website and 3 options of mail techs. Tiffany fit me right in! I highly recommend Mia!

I am so happy to be working in such an amazing business. The community of professionals here work so well together and support each other. The owner has definitely gone above and beyond to make sure we have the purest air and filtration system. No COVID here! Check us out if you want an amazing personal, private, safe experience

Mia salon studios is a great place to get your nails, hair or even go shopping! The salon is so modern and trendy. The people are so welcoming as well! Totally would recommend coming here!
