Building and Management Needs Work

I love the service that I receive from my hair stylist, however, the building itself and management needs work. The parking lot always has trash. It is extremely cold in the area where my stylist does hair; so cold that I have to bring in a blanket every time I come and get my hair done (I come every week). Also, the bathrooms are, at times, nasty. Soap is not always available and neither is toilet tissue. LASTLY, management needs to spend the money and hire a police officer. There is a barbershop in there that takes it upon themselves to smoke weed. They always come in after 7:00pm or 8:00pm and blaze up! SO DISRESPECTFUL!!!! I'm not sure of the name of the shop, but I do know they are located in the middle aisle toward the back. Do better!!!

Specifically about Jada in suite c311 - as you can see her work is not what’s advertised. She also sent messages asserting her “power” and making sure to tell everyone she had the ability to “kill” someone. Please take her stall away.

Jade Fonza, Suite c311 is beyond unprofessional. When Jade makes a mistake she calls her clients ugly, broke, and genuinely threatens to kill them rather than spending 20 minutes to fix her mistake. “it took everything in me not to try to kill you you better be THANKFUL” as she said. she should lose her license and her place here there is no reason to put clients in a vulnerable position like this.

Terrible experience, Jada Fonza should have her hair license revoked! She’s a thief and unprofessional! She was arrested in 2017 for shop lifting and now she’s stealing money from clients! She charges a arm and a leg and doesn’t deliver on the style. Lace front lifting up and everything. NEVER GO HERE

Jada Fonza Suite c311 slammed the door in my cousin face after my cousin told her didn’t like the way she did her hair. She Proceeded To call my Cousin out of her Name, calling her ugly and Other things I can’t Post because it’s inappropriate! She told my cousin to get over it and she never gave her her money back! Do not go here !

Jada Fonza in suite C311 is very unprofessional. When she was done with my hair my TRANSPARENT lace front appeared to be 6 months aged, Caked and lifted before I even left her chair. I expressed my concerns and asked for her to redo it and she screamed and yelled at me. When I asked for my refund she slammed the door in my face but then followed me to my car berating me and threatened to kill me due to her lack of skills. Don’t waste your time or hard earned money ladies!!!
