Thelma was awesomeand I love my hair. She was pleasant and the atmosphere was very welcoming. If you're considering getting your hair braided please go by Robins African Hair Braiding their work is great!!

I love, love, love Robins African Hair Braiding shop! Lulu is awesome, she braids my hair fast and neat and for someone as tender headed as I am it's never to tight. They always start on time here and there is no drama and gossip. These are an awesome group of hard working women, that are professional and you know you are in good company.

The atmosphere was peaceful, the appointment started on time. They even accommodated my broken off hair, but to have two people braiding on your head and they do not have the same style of braiding or technique wasn’t good. I don’t know anyone’s name , but the light-skinned young lady “T” she did a great job of blending my braids with the wavy ends . There was a slim dark skinned young lady that didn’t seem to even want to be braiding on my head and seem to purposely yanking at my braids, she is the one that got scissors and cut my braids, I heard the scissors and wondered what she was doing, but didn’t ask because hey they are the professional right? I should have asked cause she cut the braids and just tied the wavy hair onto my braid and it really stands out, if I want to pull my hair up they show, and it doesn’t look right at all. The money that was spent, I would have wanted quality work on my whole head, not just on one part that “T” worked on, but lesson learned.

Wonderful experience called the day before and made an appointment for 3 o’clock. I absolutely love my braids. They were professional, showed me their process, and even made sure to ask throughout was the braiding to tight. I even paid too much and didn’t realize a lady walked all the way outside to my car just to give my money back. Would definitely recommend.
