I just came here today to get a haircut. Appointment is quick and can be placed online or by telephone. Paula is very nice and accommodating. I showed her a photo of the haircut I wanted, she provided suggestions and it turned out really great! I'm glad I trusted her suggestion. Place is very clean and spacious. Covid precautions are well observed here. Price point for haircut is great because I am happy with the service. I highly recommend this place.

Absolutely horrible service and does not consider any respect when contacting customers. She used rude tone and disrespectful words in English /Arabic /French to state we have wasted her time. Simply by leaving a message to inquire for future service. Furthermore, no phones were picked up for numerous phone calls through out the day. We had a bridal party and set up for 7-10 females willing to bring the business such salon we had hope for. Absolutely not considering this for any future. Especially being the disrespectful tone and treatment was for a bride who is short on time and was truly hopeful.

Paula is a WONDERFUL hairdresser, Absolutely the BEST. I am super careful and picky as to what and whom I do to my hair. I got amazing highlights done by Paula . I am so happy with the results! My hair is soft, no damage and the blend of colours is amazing! Great service, she’s super friendly and does just what you want while keeping your hair healthy! She also cut my hair and I am definitely going back! Client for life! Thank You Paula ❤

I went there to get a curly perm. I had a really good feeling at first, sent pictures of my hair to Paula and pictures of what I would like. She assured that she could do what was on the pictures, so I was happy. Although when I got there, she started saying we should downsize on the curls, don't know if it will hold, etc etc... Started saying that my bangs were too short and "poor her" that she has to work with that. Anyways, I felt super uncomfortable, nothing was going according to plan. After the appointment, she showed me how to care for my hair with the perm. I did everything she asked and oh boy! I'm gonna need to cut at least 10-15 cm of my hair because it looks terrible. It's super frizzy, the curls don't hold, it looks like a mess. I wish she would have been more upfront about the risks of getting a perm? Not get my hopes up maybe? I don't know, I feel pretty let down, and for 350$, I leggit feel ripped off.

Went for a haircut to change my look Booked a free consultation first , it was done in 5 minutes then even though she was fully booked, she adjusted me in her schedule on saturday and did a beautiful haircut, quick service. It was nice talking to her. Good place. Only point I felt was that it was $35 on her site but she charged me $40. Other than that all good.
