Horrible haircut. The entire thing was rushed and my head hurts from all the banging he did with the razor. He didn’t listen to what I asked him to do. Said I want a trim on the sides and it all got cut off, asked for the top to stay the same because I wanted to grow it out and he chopped it all off. Mind you in two days i have to go to Cancun with hair that I’m not happy with.Not happy whatsoever. The desk lady was not nice either. You walk in and can feel the bad vibes. Everything was rushed. Do not go here waste of money. The guy who did my hair was Giovanni. Never again.

Diana has been doing my hair for over 3 years now(coloring,haircuts and styling) I completely trust her, she never burnt my hair like other colorist would in the past. I get compliments from people on my hair, and I always recommend Diana to all my friends. She really cares about her clients, and I know that she constantly improving her skills, visiting different master-classes and upgrading her qualification.

I am visiting NYC and I am so happy I found this great salon and to have my hair styled by Sara. Sara took time to understand how I like my hair cut and she did a fabulous job, I am very happy with my new hair, thank you Sara. I highly recommend this beautiful salon and the very talented and friendly staff!

I recently got balayage by Suela and I had an amazing experience. She was not only personable/sweet, but also she really made sure I was satisfied with the final result. She walked me through every step of the way in terms of what she was doing and why; and I could tell she really had my hair's best interest in mind. I will definitely return to her! The other stylists I came into contact with were also extremely sweet and approachable.
