Iâ€™m currently sitting outside the closed store, which is a bit of a shock as I had an appointment for right now. It is a holiday - but when I called to make the appointment last week I made sure to say â€˜Monday is a holiday- you are open?â€™ And the woman said â€œOf course we are!â€ And booked me in for 3pm. Confused why they were closed, I just called them to see if they would be coming - and the woman who answered said they were closed because of the holiday and that she would have to look into who booked my appointment. When I said that I would like my money back for the gift certificate I was using (I am going away this week and wonâ€™t have another opportunity to use it) she said all sales were final and that wouldnâ€™t be an option - but that I could talk to the manager next Saturday (5 days from now). When I said that wasnâ€™t acceptable she got mad at me, told me she didnâ€™t know what I wanted her to do, and then hung up on me. One of the worst business experiences Iâ€™ve had. I think Iâ€™ll forefit the $65 rather than step foot in this place. This was a Motherâ€™s Day gift and I never get time out for myself. Instead of it being an enjoyable couple hours I get to deal with an argumentative person. What a joke.

Jay is amazing, she does my nails exactly like I want for a great price. The rest of the staff is always friendly and welcoming . I always have a great time when I get my nails done. Definitly recommend!!!

Had the worst experience here ever today. DO not waste your time or money. I have never had such terrible nails in my life it was so bad I had to stop her and walk out. Not to mention the salon is a mess tools are dirty and they keep all the lights off. Itâ€™s a real shame the owners changed cause the new ones clearly donâ€™t care about having professional talented people so there place might actually be successful.

Had my daughters 10th birthday party here and the girls were super friendly and accommodating. My daughter had a great time with 3 of her friends and they all loved their manicures and henna tattoos. Thank you Pure Xscape and Staff.

I was kind of hesitant about going in because of the reviews I have read on here and facebook but decided to go in anyways. Upon walking into the salon I was very impressed as the staff greeted me with what I would call open arms. They were fully booked but were able to fit me in no problems. I did only ended up waiting 10 minutes and in the mean time they offered me a palette with a variety of over 700 colours to choose from for my nails. I got my acrylic nails done which looked amazing so then I asked if they also had time for a Brazilian because I didnâ€™t want to waste time going to another salon for just that single purpose. They absolutely did have the time which was amazing and helped me out so much. I am a mother of 3 and barely have time to myself so it would have been so much trouble going into another salon and sitting and waiting there all over again. I was sooooo amazed by the quality of work done on my nails and was hoping I would also be amazed by the brazillian. None the less I walked into a separate room with a very nice calming smell to it. The room was really clean and not like some other salons where you can see hair on the beds and stuff. I got a Brazilian and it DIDNâ€™T HURT. Yes, I know thatâ€™s hard to believe but I guess the wax they use is extra gentle on the skin but really good on the hair and removed all the hair. Overall I was so happy with the services that I ended up tipping them $20, such great services deserve to be appreciated.
