Nice facility; and the staff are adequately trained. My downfall comes in the experience overall. The staff also have to be personable and relatable. Felt rushed and the staff barely spoke let alone looked at you. This is the second time I've been here and it was the same experience as the first. Until they train their staff on how to communicate with their clients I wont be back- not for their prices. Tons cheaper places that do much better work too. Plus my motherInLaw said her lady made her cuticles bleed on multiple fingers.

Very nice facility, friendly staff. The chairs are very comfortable. I was able to relax while I was there. The end result looked fine. Overpriced. I paid $89 for a basic pedicure and gel nails. (The whole process took 40 minutes) I had a $50 gift card so I wanted to use it. But unfortunately I canâ€™t justify the cost so I will not be returning.

Ownership calls their (all female) employees "Angel's"! Very disrespectable and demeaning. Toxic work environment and culture. Bullying and backstabbing.
