Was not very impressed. Was wanting to find a salon close to home, so booked an appointment online. Which was easy. Day of my appointment, she had double booked the single room without realizing it until she arrived after I did. Someone was already in getting a massage, so she started in the main area with my face waxing. She was not well set up for this, so it was not a smooth process as she scrambled to get all the supplies she needing after already applying wax to my face. She did not keep the wax at a good temp, so there are now small burns around my eyebrows and she missed some spots. I had booked in for more areas to be wax, but did not continue since it had been much more painful than any other waxing Iâ€™ve had done over the years.

Went to Jhoa's to get a mani-pedi and had great service - they took the time to fulfill my requests and my nails looked really good. I will definitely continue to go there.
