I had a great experience at this salon. The staff were welcoming and incredibly kind. Jenny was my stylist and she was absolutely fantastic. I am 32 and have never chosen to return to a stylist. I will definitely be going back to see Jenny, though. She delivered exactly what I wanted and she was so sweet. Thank you so much!

I feel that the girls at the front are a little unprofessional. It is unnecessary to speak to a male client calling him love (He is not your love) you do not need to call incessantly (3 or 4 times on different days) to come pick up shampoo. If he did not pay for it, there is no need to call him that much! He is well aware you sell the shampoo we purchase already....pet names like darling and love should be used for your personal friends not clients. Just gives the wrong impression and makes it uncomfortable coming into the store.

The staff was friendly and attentive , I got a great hair cut for a decent price. Overall a wonderful experience would highly recommend.

Jenny at Marlborough mall chatters salon did an absolute AMAZING job with my hair!! I was almost in tears I was so happy!!! She took great care of my hair and the time it took! So friendly, a joy to be around, I love her!!! I definitely recommend this hair salon with Jenny!! Always looking forward to getting my hair done here!!! Great job girls!!! â¤ï¸
