I had my eyebrows waxing done. The pretty lady who did it was amazing. No PAIN at all, she has gentle magic hands !!! My messy brows turned out into a clean and nice contoured one. The owner did my hair cut and colour, she is clean and thorough, not rushing and nice enough to offer you drinks ðŸ˜Š. Will be back to try their facials.

I'm a pretty laid back person, and I don't tend to ask for much. I have very curly hair; when I called to book, I advised them of that and asked if they had anyone who specialized in curly hair. They said yes. I go for my appointment with a bad case of triangle hair. I emphasized that I needed layers, but didn't want much taken off. Fast forward to the end of my appointment and half my hair is gone. It was halfway down my back, and the cut it to just above my shoulder. I still have triangle hair. If I could give this salon zero stars, I would. It was truly the worst appointment I have ever had.

I went in for a cut and colour and absolutely LOVED the colour they did. I wanted to go out of my comfort zone and they blessed me with an amazing rose gold colour while checking on me constantly to make sure I was comfortable with what they were doing. The cut they did is truly quality work, itâ€™s so easy to style at home and they gave me tips so that Iâ€™m able to recreate the look they gave me when I walked out the salon. All the ladies in the salon were so welcoming and they were very accommodating so I know I can go in to the salon, get my hair done by anyone and I would be in trusted hands.

Went for a colour and cut with Stacy based on reviews here.. None of the combs or clips were in the disinfectant solution. I saw her put the combs/brushes from the previous client in her drawer, then used comb and clips on me from same drawer. They were not in a solution in the drawer or they would have been wet. She cut my hair dry while talking on the phone to another customer. She said she was just doing a quick cut before colouring my hair and then would cut more detailed after. She did not section my hair out. After she coloured my hair she started to blow dry it. I asked if she was going to cut it, and she said, she already did. At that point I just wanted to go home. Will never go back! To the owner!...Before you say that you donâ€™t have a customer with my name in your system... Itâ€™s called a maiden name, women do get married and change their names. Yes, I remember it was Si Salon on Winterburn Road. Bad experiences cause you to remember exactly which salon it occurred in.
