I went into Phases after my hair had been extremely damaged by another salon. Iâ€™m talking felt like hay, cheap bleach damaged. I decided to try and fix it up by going somewhere else. The vibe in the salon was great! And my hair turned out AMAZING compared to how it was before. The girl who did my hair made it look 10x better! She was really understanding of the situation and did her honest best to make me feel better. Overall I would definitely come back! The ladies are knowledgeable and friendly!!! Great experience overall.

Went in 2 weeks ago for a spray tan before I went away! Went back in this morning fir another before my nieces wedding! Brought a couple friends with me! What a wonderful experience! Laura is awesome and so accomodating! The place is clean and the service is great! Will definitely go back!!! Shannon McDonnell

Friendly, welcoming staff. I have never had a bad experience here. Staff are very knowledgeable about products and take the time to educate and recommend things based off your needs. I love the service I receive at Phazes!

I got my eyelashes done elsewhere and ended up losing/damaging most of my natural lashes due to the poor work. I phoned on Wednesday evening and they gave me Lindsay's number. She was able to schedule me in for an emergency eyelash extension appointment! Not only did she make what I had left of my eyelashes look so much better, but she was very kind and honest. Very reasonably priced for the amazing work she does! I will definitely be going here to get my fills done, and I have already recommended her to my friends! The entire staff was amazing! Thank you so much for the wonderful experience!
