Treated with totally professionalism every time I go in the salon. I never need to review what I want done (its' all on file). Appointments are always booked around my schedule no question they just make it work. My color always turns out how I like it and I have had many many compliments on my cut.

Awful! My daughters hair appointment was today and we had a booking for 1030am. We showed up and a rude woman who works there starts telling us the appointment was for 10am in a short rude tone. The appointment was for a colouring but the woman said in a snotty tone she only had her booked for a "treatment" with a whole bunch of expensive conditioners in her hair. Hahahhah who wants that. We would never hve booked that. Anyways, if you don't want to have a miserable, snotty woman tell you as a client you are wrong go somewhere else. Word of mouth indeed!
