Extremely horrible customer experience, hate the job was very patchy and did not listen very upset and after when I went back to get it fixed told me I had to pay again to get it fixed!!! Very unhappy! Not worth the money. It take more money to get the job fixed. I wish I could rate 0 stars!

Aug 4 UPDATE: The color used in my hair almost entirely washed out in 3 weeks, but it was supposed to be permanent! I had to re-dye it myself; not happy about that. ðŸ˜¦Its not like i paid a low price. I researched the shampoo she said would help make it last longer (Biolage) online listed 3 ingredients to stay away from so you don't lose your color, and Biolage's second ingredient was one of them!! So maybe the color & shampoo were very poor quality. Very unhappy. Haircut was nice though.
