Booked apt 2 weeks prior and day before they decide to double book and leave me waiting. First im told 10mins behind and i can see the stylist just starting foils 35 mins later the stylists half way done the foils so I cancelled. 5 days before christmas and this is what they do to a new client. They offered nothing to compensate as well. Wake up people your going to lose good paying/tipping clients

I didnâ€™t like my experience because the hair dresser made me feel unwelcomed and the worst part is that she rushed my appointment. When I called them to book my appointment, I was told that washing and straightening is included in the price when you get a haircut. However, the lady who cut my hair was rushing my appointment because she wanted to leave early. It would have been fine if I had to pay extra to get my hair straightened after the haircut eventhough I was told that it was a part of the service, but she clearly ignored what I wanted.

had apt for my daughters hair to be coloured at ends.hairdresser ran behind in time but staff & manager were great to us & made up time.my daughter loved her hair style and color . Price was good. We've been there before but this was a great visit overall. Thank you M.& manager.
