I finally found a hair stylist that I am totally happy with. Her name is Jodi & I highly recommend her. She is very experienced & really knows how to cut , style & colour hair. She is also very personable & friendly & listens to what You want. Also, prices for services are reasonable.

I like that each stylist has a full work station so you don't have to move around or wait for a sink. Slajana did a great job with my haircuts. The price was surprisingly low for the service!

Do NOT go here. I went in for what I thought would be an easy hair cut and colour. Boy was I wrong. First, all I wanted was to get some blond in my hair covered and matched to my natural, light brown, hair colour. The stylist doing my hair just dyed all of my hair extremely dark brown all over rather than taking the time to colour match. As for the cut, I hesitantly asked for bangs after ensuring that the stylist would cut them really long so we could slowly get them to the length I wanted them to be at, as I showed her in a photo several times. Her first cut of my bangs made them WAY above my eyebrows and then she styled them in a weird rainbow shape where it went up in the middle, rather than straight across. Again, I had showed her a photograph several times of how I had wanted them to be. I don't even want to mention how the rest of the cut went. So, after spending an incredible amount of money on this monstrosity of a haircut and colour, I now have to hide it under hats or pull it back unto an updo with a billion bobby pins. Learn from me. Do not trust this place with your hair and waste your money.

I have never had a bad experience in this Chatters. Jodi has always left me feeling happy about my hair. She knocked it out of the park this time! I went in for a change and boy did I change. The cut, the colour, the foils all made this old lady feel great. I have received so many compliments about my hair, I can't thank Jodi enough for her talent and just knowing what to do. I really feel great about this new look. THANK YOU!!

A great experience overall; from booking to bouncing out with a fantastic hair cut. First- the web-booking for Chatters is top-shelf. The interface is seamless and the confirmation comes in within 3-5 minutes. The front desk staff when I arrived were very helpful and got me in immediately even though I was about ten minutes early. Tea/coffee was offered and brought to the chair. All good. The haircut and style- AMAZING. I know I have a hard head of hair to cut- it is very thick, long and in between wavy and straight (lumpy?). Slajana (hairdresser) took my specific hair into consideration and did a fantastic job cutting. I left the salon with a shiny and bouncy head of hair that I couldn't stop touching as it was so soft. The test of a great cut for me is repeatability and I can say that almost two weeks later my hair still looks freshly cut and is a lot easier to style than before she cut it. Huge shout out to Slajana.
