I have been a client of Neo’s for over 6 years. My hair is quite difficult to work with, as it is long, thick, and naturally curly. When somebody recommend Neo as an hair specialist, it took only one session and his work inspired me to come back time and time again, trusting only him as my hairstylist ever time. Each appointment was about 1 year apart, as the style he created each time was a variation of balayage, ombré, etc (these styles last longer) with a haircut, and yet every time I was even more impressed with the results of my hair. I would always used to joke with my family and say that no matter what tricks I tried at home, I could never achieve the softness and perfection that was achieved at this salon. It must be magic. Just recently, now with travelling abroad for the next few years, I came to Neo’s salon to have my hair styled before I go. Like I said, I love this style (“money piece”) even more than the previous ones. I always feel more confident, prettier, and just so proud of the art that he cultivated through my hair after I leave. Just finished my first appointment at this salon. June cut, highlighted and styled my hair. This place and the staff are fantastic. June really knew what she was doing, and she worked fast. I was impressed with how clean the whole place is. Everyone was super friendly. I had my nails done while my highlights were setting and I recommend that too. I will absolutely go back and recommend this salon to anyone.

I booked a hair wash with Megan. Her English isn't very good because she's only been in Canada for a few months so communication wasn't easy but Neo, the owner helped her understand what I wanted and the result was phenomenal. I wanted my hair flat ironed but the result was almost perfect with the blow dry alone. I have long hair and she spent ages styling it professionally with the blow dryer and feathering it into my face around the sides from my chin downwards in the page boy style I wanted and then sectioned it and flat ironed it which completed the perfection. My hair looked just about the best it ever has and it felt like silk + the salon and staff were really nice. I will definitely go back to this salon again. Update: I now go back every week for a shampoo and style with Megan and each time my hair looks great and smells lovely too due to a serum that she puts through it. She also now cuts my hair and my boyfriend's hair perfectly as well and we are both delighted with the results. She and Neo are really nice, he always gets back to me ASAP if I leave a message and the atmosphere in the salon is relaxed and friendly. My boyfriend and I both really enjoy going there. Update 2: I just had my hair coloured by Neo and he did a miraculous job. Due to a previous incident with my old hairdresser who let me down at the last minute, I had to go to a different salon that made a mess of my hair colour and the roots and lengths were different with the roots being too dark and the lengths being too blonde. Somehow he managed to even up and blend my hair perfectly by putting just the right tones through it in terms of gold and light brown. It looks terrific, just like Jennifer Aniston's! I absolutely love it and can't stop looking at it. 😊
