Robin the best stylist !!!

I had a great experience here. They were very empathic to my case. A different salon somehow accidentally dyed my hair red. Headlox has been helping me out with this correction. I highly recommend this salon.

In from out of town and needed a hair cut badly! Called on a Saturday and they were able to get me in on the Tuesday at the time I wanted. They did a great job with my hair! I had covid long haul hair loss and hadn't done my hair in 6 months. The hair loss had stopped so I wanted to feel human again! She made me feel beautiful after I had my hair done! My husband took me out and we had a blast because I felt confident and good about myself. Thanks for making my month Headlox!

So angry! I am a senior who booked on line for color and cut and was quoted 120. Even though I usually use budget hairstylists I had decided to splurge and treat myself. Imagine my suprise when after hair was done I was told it was 195! I have very short hair to start with! She told me because she used foils in the coloring and I had a style done, not a cut the price went up!!! OMG!!! I was not advised before hand that foils and a cut is different than a style! I would have never ever went in if I knew it was a bait and switch. Plan to contact manager on Tuesday morning!!! I feel like I was taken advantage of! Will update later.
