I have been going to see the same hairdressers for years and I felt I needed a bit of a change. I decided to come into Chatters to give them a shot and get my hair coloured, unfortunately there was a bit of confusion (my fault) on booking the right time needed but a new appointment was scheduled and I am looking forward to it! In the meantime I ended up getting a hair cut with a stylist called Megan, she was extremely kind, friendly and knowledgeable despite me having nerves about chopping off some of my hair. The cut turned out fantastic and I could not be more pleased with it! Megan also answered all my questions in regards to how to flat iron and took the time to show me products/irons that she thought would help me but did not pressure me into making a purchase right that minute. This employee is a keeper and I will definitely be returning to her in the future!

I had my hair cut by Ashley last weekend and I am very happy with my cut!! I am usually nervous about haircuts as I've had bad ones in the past, so I am always trying new places to find someone I like and I will be very happy to come back and see Ashley!

Love this location, always have been a customer of Green Apple / Chatters but the staff here are extra friendly and knowledge. Great prices on product and gift with color service as well which is always a really good product. Book with Ashley or Ben as they are both incredible stylists.

I'm going to London drugs next time. I bought my wife some OPI nail polish here for her birthday. She didn't like the color, but given the fact it was unopened and there was a large sign on the counter saying there is a 15 day exchange policy, I felt this would be no problem. Rather than a quick exchange or refund and a happy customer, we had to wait for them to call the manager, there was fineprint, etc. etc. We will not be coming back.
