I had my first experience here today and it was great! Ari, who made my appointment and greeted me upon arrival was super nice as was Julia who cut and styled my hair, exactly as I wanted, and with very little direction. I received a number of compliments on my new hair style tonight at our compaby Christmas party! Thanks so much for the wonderful service. I will be returning for sure!

My stylist, Katie, was amazing! I brought in pictures of what I wanted and it was EXACTLY what I was looking for. Went from a long blond curly/frizzy look to a reverse bob like Jennifer Lawrence and she NAILED it! She was young and fresh and excited to do my hair and really knew her stuff. I give her 5 stars! I gave only 4 stars in the review because when I arrived they got me a coffee but didn't ask what I wanted in it so just had it black (yuck) and it was cold in 5 minutes and they never asked if they could freshen it up. But I would go back for Katie in a heatbeat! Took me 40 years to find the right stylist. I would follow her anywhere!

Very happy with my cut and highlights from Katie. It was my first visit and she took a lot of time to understand what I wanted.

The public needs to know what it disgraceful owner owns this hair salon. I went in for a root touch up was quoted one price by the lady who answered the phone talks to the junior stylist was quoted a different price went up to the chill and was charged a different price. Needless to say while I was there the stylus wanted to go in full detail about her abusive relationship talk poorly about her's coworkers and put me in a vulnerable position while washing my hair and whispering to me and crying about the nature of her relationship with her boyfriend. I spoke to the owner he told me he would reimburse me for my service by issuing me a check I have been waiting I decided to call the salon to find out where my return was and he has now decided not to return my money. Totally unsatisfied I would never step foot back in that salon the public needs to know that this is not a place where customers are treated with respect and it is not a salon to go if you want to be pampered. Still waiting for my money back.
