I wish to write a comment in support of Parampeet. I was in the salon at the time of the incident having my hair done by Nicole (fabulous colour and cut by Nicole, very happy!) I wasn't aware of the context to the situation at the time, I just remember the male member of staff abruptly and rudely yelling at a customer. He was angry about her being in his personal space. The female customer was calm and reasonable in her response, and was saying something like "I just want to support my sister". He forced her to move away and she backed off to the waiting area and was clearly distressed. The incident caused a hush in the salon for a while. I was shocked about two things... First that he would speak to her that way when a different tone would have been more appropriate, its a hair salon and customer service is paramount! Second that no one called him out on his bad behaviour. He came across as a bully. I felt so awful at the time that no one stood up for her. She did not deserve to be treated that way at all. Again, seriously great hair service by Nicole, its just a shame about the other aspects.

Sparrow’s artists have always made me feel at home, and Stacey and Noel have created an atmosphere where you really do feel like family the second you arrive, regardless if you’re a client or coworker. By far, out of all the places I have ever sat in a stylists chair, Stacey’s has been a revolutionary experience for me; evolutionary may be more accurate, as I always leave feeling more….Me. You will thank yourself for booking.

Devin is absolutely amazing at what she does. I came to the salon today as a first time client and I will not be returning to my previous salon. A+, thank you Devin!
