Been coming here for almost half a decade and i can assure you it will half a decade and counting without a doubt. Best salon for both men and women to get their hair and beauty treatments / routines done. Lovely calming environment for any day of the year to stop by to hit reset for your mind and soul.

I went to get my hair done yesterday, and It was the first haircut I've had since I had shaved my head from chemo treatment. I had been wearing wigs until my hair was a length I was comfortable with so I wanted a cut and color. I was at the salon for 3.5 hrs and was paid $160. I showed the lady a picture of what I wanted and I said if you cant do it its fine, just do the cut. She said no its fine and that she just need to check if she had time. she cut some and then put bleach in. I mind you my hair was all natural no previous color in and she started with the roots, her first mistake. my hair is now two different colors, I have white roots and orange ends. She told one of the other girls she put 40 volume on the roots and 20 volume on the ends even though it was all natural the cut she also gave me looks nothing like what I asked and resembles more of a bowl cut then the cute pixie cut I requested. At this point it was 515 and they were closing and I just wanted to leave. as soon as I left I sat in my car and cried and ended up wearing a toque on my head. At this point I'm forced to continue wearing wigs because she fried my hair for no reason and i'm too horrified to been seen in public with this hair. I called and left a message to speak with the owner and never received a call back.

I usually donâ€™t leave negative feedback but I had to for this experience. I got my hair done from this place and I did not get what I wanted at all. I showed the lady(she was nice but I really which she had just told her me she couldnâ€™t do what I wanted and saved me from this experience and saved me the money) who did my hair a picture and she said she couldnâ€™t do that and it couldnâ€™t be as light. Which I didnâ€™t understand because I had asked another person and they said it was possible but I was okay with it being a little darker. She didnâ€™t do a proper balayage which I asked for and I asked her to keep the tone of the colour cool and she did the opposite. And on top of that there was purple sections in my hair which she didnâ€™t get rid of and when I told her she was like it looks cute and I left but I called in and she tried to fix it for me which was nice but it did nothing because the purple was still there and it just damaged my hair further. I can usually just tone the colour if I donâ€™t really like it from previous hair places but after a couple of months of struggling with this hair there is no hope because it isnâ€™t the style I wanted and there are random purple parts and on top itâ€™s so brittle. She also kept combing my hair when it was soaking wet and using a curling iron oh my wet hair which completely fried my hair. I would suggest please go somewhere else because the price is not worth what happens to your hair. I really wish I had just spent 50 more dollars and just gotten it done from another place and had cute hair.
