Had the pleasure of going to Mod Salon for my first time yesterday. Not only what I able to book an appointment with a stylist that afternoon, but she did an amazing job as well. Emily was very attentive to what I wanted, and took time and patience to make sure the cut was done right. I love the results and will definitely be coming back again to see her. The ambiance of the salon is a refreshing change from the others in town and fun. They offered me a drink and made me feel very comfortable. A great experience all around!

I had a great experience here today! Josh at the front desk was friendly and attentive to the comfort of the clients. All of the staff were helping each other and laughing together, which made the atmosphere light and welcoming. And KAYTLYN! This incredibly talented woman gave me the best haircut & colour I've ever had. She's confident and passionate and it really shows in her work!

This is long overdue only because I usually don't write up reviews....but this is one that is necessary. Dusty has been my stylist for the last four years or so and there's a reason. She's amazing!! Always open to new ideas or not, depending on what the client wants. Honest opinions and professionalism. I leave every single time loving my new hair. Shout out to Craig as well with his warm smile and welcome. Looking forward to my next appointment!

After every appointment with Kaytlyn I always leave happy! She always does an amazing colour and cut. She knows exactly what you want and gets it right every time. Would definitely recommend her!

I've honestly been crying for 3 days. I paid $207 and ya its not $500 but I just expected more for that money. I asked for a balayage and I have really blond highlights underneath my hair and no balayage on the outside of my hair. The stylist started underneath because told her I put my hair up a lot and wanted it to be lightened up but the bleach had more time to process because that was the first thing she bleached. The bleach didn't really lift on the outside and the only change is that it's more red than before. I am also noticing missing streaks :/ I don't want anyone to go through this, please go somewhere else for balayage. Yes, I have a free re-do appointment, and they were really nice about it, but this shouldn't have happened in the first place and I shouldnt have to cry for a week until I get it fixed. P.s. I had virgin hair so I don't think I was a challenging case to colour Update after redo: Still have blond streaks coming from underneath my hair after the permanent cover up for the uber blond parts. Forwent the balayage and just asked to make my hair look like before. Stylist didn't have it in her to say sorry about anything. She made excuses for the underneath lightening.. saying my top hair has chemicals in it that make the top bleach different than the underneath... I have virgin hair. Admitted that the bleach was on longer underneath but "doesn't know what really happened". The front guy was really nice, greeted me by name, offered me a drink, followed me out to make sure I was happy, but by then it was just too much for me. This experience has been really bad for me.
