If you book using their online booking, it “apparently†doesn’t know what all costs will be incurred during a foil visit. My daughters visit was $100 more than quoted and the excuse I received from the manager was that the online quote does not include the toner (seriously?) and the cut (which my daughter tried to get out of as she likes the length, but did need, and was told she didn’t have a choice about the cut). I received a lame voicemail reviewing the costs... but I’m not sure why in our technical day and age that an online booking system is unable to add in costs that will definitely be incurred in the appt booking. My daughters hair looked great, but not worth the cost and the time. I would pay the extra (maybe $10?) to go to a higher end salon.
