It isn't very clean. It is a small nail place that offerers nail and toe manicures for about $30-50 dollars. The gals don't speak English very well. The service is questionable if it is completely hygienic. The manicures and pedicures do look professional but again risking your health is not worth the risk. They have lots of nail polishes to pick from in assorted colours.

I called an afternoon and got their last appointment at 6:30 for a regular pedicure. They greeted me and I was so happy to see they had the color I wanted! OPI, China Glaze and other brands are available. Service was amazing, the lady was quite friendly and nice. It is totally worth it for 25$. Location on Kingsway is also a plus for me. Iâ€™d go back there to get my mani done next time. Thanks again Orchid Team!

This place can be very hit or miss. Iâ€™ve had some excellent pedicures here over the years with some great calf massages, filing of my heels, and polish application, and some really lousy ones, where Iâ€™ve had to return days later because the paint has chipped off from too thick of an application. The place is a bit dingy but I like that each customer has their own set of files and buffers for sanitary purposes.

Great service with Jenny! She was meticulous every step of the way through, ensuring that I was happy with the shape and colour of my nails. She didn't skimp out on the gel polish and made sure that I was walking out with full coverage on my nails. The one downside was the fact that I wasn't fully aware of what the colour was going to look like in natural lighting. I chose what looked like a mature and dusky rose inside the store but walked out with a slightly girlish pink. Overall, I enjoyed my experience here today and will be coming back to see Jenny again in the future.

I have been going to Orchid for over 3 years and have had both Gel set, Acrylic set and pedicures. At any time I have received full service even on short notice. Fantastic service every time.
