I've been to a lot of spas in a lot of places and was looking forward to trying this one. Their prices are competitive with other spas in the area so I thought the atmosphere and service would be comparable. WRONG! Their reception lacked a welcome feeling, the massage therapist provided mediocre treatment, the room was comfortable but the music was loud (likely to drown out the noise that could be heard from the entrance and pedicure area), the overhead lights were bright, and the therapist insisted on trying to carry on a conversation. These are all things that could be taken into account if their prices reflected it. When paying a competitive rate, I expect competitive service and surroundings which was not offered. Third class place for first class money.

I came on Wednesday January 30th 2019 for a spa pedicure and a zen facial. The pedicure took place in a room that had a lot of walk through traffic which was not condusive to relaxation. I came to a spa specifically to relax, so that didn't hit the mark for me. While the lady doing my pedicure was wonderful and was really good at the service provided, I did not get the hot stone massage which was part of the pedicure I payed for. I also had a toe messed up while having my Sandles put on. Not a big deal, just fix it. But she didn't take the polish back to the beginning and just do it over. She tried to do a quick fix and you can tell, the toe nail looks all bubbly and not professional looking. The facial was absolutely amazing.....like so so amazing. It was exactly what I needed. I would recommend that facial to everyone. The one thing I found distracting was that you could hear people talking in the lobby.

If you want a PROPER deep tissue massage, go here. Great staff, nice aromatherapy, comfortable bed and linens. The only thing that made it not as good as it could have been was the soundproofing of the room. Super distracting to be relaxing during a massage and hear loud people's conversations in the lobby or next room. Otherwise, best massage I've had! I used to not like most massages because they were so light on the pressure, but this one was really really good and it was a full body experience! Felt like a million bucks afterwards! 100% worth the money.

A wonderful spa! I have had massage and esthetic appointments with different staff members who were all knowledgeable, pleasant, and professional. I will be returning.
