Got my nails done with gel for prom, they did a great job on my finger nails despite stopping every 3 mins to answer the phone. my toes werent great. Just got home and my toes are peeling, the woman who did them wasn't paying any attention and was filling the side of my toe more than my actual nail. Completely painted all over my toes, not even close to neat, luckily it's a peach colour so it's hard to tell but seriously disappointing considering how ridiculously inflated the price is.

Just got a gel nail set from Cute nails, and would not recommend. I have gone there a couple times, and not been happy with the result, so will stop supporting them. First, when I book an appointment I typically have to wait 15-20 min to be seen. One time they took 35 minutes so I just left the salon. Second, when you are finally helped the customer service is very poor. Owner is half watching TV, or on his phone talking to someone, while doing my nails. I haven't gone there and NOT come out without them causing me to bleed on one or more of my cuticals, and then they cover the cut up with glue. This is the first time I've looked up reviews, and I'm obviously not the only one that feels this way, so will try another nail company in town.

Would not return. I had a manicure and pedicure ($85, more than I pay at a good, clean salon in Vancouver). They were done very poorly. Steps were skipped. I was cut several times. It did not look like anything they used were ever cleaned. The staff were all very friendly though.

Terrible. Not only did the nail technician make my friend bleed TWICE (he laughed the first time he made her bleed), he stopped the bleeding with nail glue. He didnâ€™t sanitize his tools even once (not even after they got bloody). The nails feel gooey, since they werenâ€™t properly dried. The tips of the nail goes up 3/4 of the nail, making it look cheap. The nail colours are two different colours because he painted over it. It is lumpy and the edges are jagged and rough. Terrible customer service as well.
