I see Tracey regularly for my hair. Excellent stylist, listens to what you want done. No crazy colours, or mistakenly cutting too much off. I have been to other places in Surrey, far more expensive and not as impressive as Champers. If you want your hair done properly, book an appointment at Champers Scott Rd. The stylists are the best.

Most unprofessional people. I called and made an appointment with a stylist I was told is good. On the day of my appointment, while on my way to the salon, I called to double check my appointment, just in case. I was told there is no appointment for me. The receptionist said she remember talking to me and booking my appointment but can't find the appointment anywhere. This is unprofessionalism to the core. Thank God I called before hand, otherwise it would have taken a 30 minutes drive to find out that there was no appointment for me. Never going to that place ever...

Champers esthetician Jocelyn has been waxing my eyebrows for over 10 years and she is absolutely the best! They look perfect every time! I don't let anyone else touch my eyebrows.

I have been visiting this location for the past few years, after a couple of very unsatisfactory experiences at a much more expensive salon. Regardless of who cuts my hair, I always leave happy with the experience and the price. Most recently I have seen Cherrish, who always does a great job on my hair. When my almost three-year-old was ready for his first haircut, I booked him here at Champers after reading some not-so-great reviews of the various child-specific salons south of the Fraser. The receptionist recommended the manager, Sara, as she has a lot of child clients. We couldn't have been happier with the experience! Sara made our son feel very safe and confident, and he thoroughly enjoyed his first haircut. Thanks again, Sara and Champers!

I love this location, staff here gives you honest opinion about your hair type and what won't look good - that's what I want. Not someone who wants my business all the day. Very happy with their service, always friendly and informative. Keep up the good work everyone!
