Had a haircut by Katie. While she does seem to have decent scissors skills, she is unfortunately one of those hairstylists who abuses the thinning scissors and one who does not know when to stop. It's only when my hair was practically bald did she stop it. She calls the process "texturizing." You could literally see through my scalp from the top down. That's how much volume she thoughtlessly trimmed out. I guess it's more of an auto-pilot for her, but even then NOBODY needs this amount of "texturizing." Quite frankly, thinning out hair until there is nothing to "texturize" should not be called that. She needs to re-adjust her baseline. It's wrong and improper to make one's appearance worse as a hairstylist. It would take months to recover from this unfortunate and careless damage. The end product looks like you had a 7 dollar haircut at a Chinatown when you are putting down $40. I would stay AWAY from this place; save yourself from months of wearing hats, assaultive urges, sporadic anger, loss of money and time.
