Totally dissatisfied. I have gone here before with better out come. I felt they were rushing. My nails are uneven and could feel no passion nor care in my experience this time.

Q nails was very disappointing. I arrived with a friend and we both had some ideas of what we wanted. I've been there once before and they did great! But this time I asked for ombre nails. I got told they don't do ombre which was confusing since I got it done last time. So I changed my style and asked from matte black which I got told was ok, they can do that. After they spend 45 min to an hour filing my nails and tearing up the sides of my figures with their filer they painted them how I wanted and then told me how they have no matte polish. I was very upset Becuase that's the one thing I wanted and they didn't tell me that until they already did all the work on my nails. My friend asked for the same thing and let them know she wanted stiletto nails but shorter. So after cutting her nails super short they informed her that they won't do stiletto nails Becuase it wouldn't look nice with short nails. They should of informed her before that it wouldn't look nice not to mention the few cuts she had as well to her fingers. We definitely don't get our nails done often but that was a very painful disappointing experience and we Will not go there again.
