LOVE this salon! Iâ€™m so happy I found Tangerine after bouncing around for years trying to find the right stylist. My colour and cut are perfect and I couldnâ€™t be happier. Bonus: free parking and great coffee! â¤ï¸

After a few disappointing cuts after moving to Victoria, I thought I might try a place I live very close to, and had great and consistent reviews on Google. The booking system online is simple and straightforward for booking, rescheduling and cancelling. The moment I stepped in, they knew my name, and didnâ€™t have me wait to get my hair washed. Chelsea, the salon assistant, was sweet, friendly and patient in explaining how their equipment and products worked. When it came to the cut, I had Jen the owner cutting my hair. She asked a lot of good questions beside the general idea of what I wanted for a cut, like my care routine and daily habits when it came to my hair. She didnâ€™t try to promote any products for my hair, which was also refreshing. I came out the other end of it feeling well taken-care-of, and had learned a few things about island camping that I didnâ€™t know before! The cut is definitely worth what I paid for. Iâ€™ll definitely come back for the level of service, really homey and friendly atmosphere, and the trust and confidence I felt with the staff. Thanks, ladies! ðŸ˜Š

They are very kind and lovely ladies but unfortunately I had a great deal of damage done to my hair from my appointment with them. My hair broke off to the point I had to get extensions put in to fill in the patches of missing hair, there were visible markings of were foils were placed, also my roots were not covered and they were not able to achieve my hair colour.

I had my hair cut by Hershey at Tangerine today and it was a great experience. The salon is cute and Hershey was friendly. She told me what she was doing as she was cutting my hair. It was also more affordable than some of the other local salons.
