I've been a Gemi client for decades, relying on products suggested by the staff at Gemi Hair Products but today our relationship is ended. Service used to be top notch. Today, when I brought back a hairspray they'd recommended because the scent gave me a headache, the staff was dismissive, verging on rude, suggesting I give the hairspray to a friend! Right, I get a headache so pass this stuff to a friend? Don't think so. Bye bye Gemi. In these strange times, service was what made you stand out - and now it doesn't.

I’ve found a gem of a hair salon! All the staff are so wonderful and welcoming every time I come in, whether it’s to get my hair done or just to get advice on products. Alex does an incredible job! Thank you!
