I used to go here and enjoy the pampering experience. However I needed a cut and my stylist had a day off so I needed to see someone else there. She was nice and I received a good haircut. The next time I wanted highlights and a haircut and I called to make an appointment with my original hairstylist she was off on both of my available days. So I made an appointment with the other stylist and asked the receptionist to tell Maddie that I would try to see her next time. During the last bit of my appointment Maddie was in the salon and I said to her that I thought she was off as I tried to see her. She was so rude and said she was too busy for me. My last hair appointment cost me $260 and I left so upset. Never ever go here as there is such a lack of professionalism and customer service.

Excellent place for a hair cut! Wonderful staff. Very pleasant atmosphere! Nice to have tea during the hair cut. Have been getting my haircut by Helena for many years! She is an excellent stylist!

I come to Victoria twice a year and ALWAYS come to this salon for my hairstyling needs. Excellent results even when adapting to a 2x a year clientâ€™s needs (that takes real skill!) I have never been disappointed here. Ever. You should come here!

Maddy at Eco Chic is amazing! She has given me the best hair experiences I've ever had and I always love the outcome. She's magic - a total colouring wizard! The Aveda products are wonderful.

Fabulous! I love Diane. She is great with kids for their haircuts too. I have been going to Diane since I moved to Victoria over 14 years ago. Eco Chico is a very professional salon. I would highly recommend it.
