When I got my bleach blonde hair washed she did not wash my roots at all, no head massage, nothing.. didn’t leave the conditioner on for more than 5 seconds after a full head double wash. My hair felt like straw after and I would never go back. The quality has plummeted since covid and I don’t think they’re properly trained for the only service they offer.

As always love my stylist , Syaeda ! She never disappoints- always come away with red carpet hair . Place is clean, , good products that I'm not sensitive to and service of all stylists is always consistent & great ! I have very curly long hair and enjoy the service of wash and condition to tame the curls and blow dry and style to last me 4-5 days at times if I tie up my hair during workouts ! Highly recommend!!

Went in for the first time yesterday afternoon with my friend and was blown away with the service we received. I was so relaxed after having my hair washed and the curls lasted all evening long! Will definitely be back again and bring more girlfriends.

Came in for a blow dry and head massage. The head massage did not feel like a massage it was a waste of money paying for. I asked for straight with some movement at the bottom. I left with the top of my hair looking big due to the bottom layers not being straightened and tight curls at the movement.
