I have never had a bad expierience.I am going today to get them filled. The guy listened to what i wanted and did an amazing job.

Is there a less than 1 star? I am done going here. They haven't managed to totally mess up pedicures. I have had a shallac manicure from here in the summer, shellac chipped in 3 days. I got a "gel" fill today with shellac. She wasn't going to trim my nails until I had to ask. Didn't shape the nail. Nail polish has bubbles, lines and ridges. It honestly looks like a young child painted my nails.

I came in to get a full gel set mani padi done and I specifically asked to get the gel. I spoke to 3 highly uneducated in the English language until someone came out that was more versed in English. I explained over and over that I wanted gel and they all pressured me to get shellack because I had my own long nails. My problem wasn't with my nails being short but that shellack NEVER works on me and they pressured me and pressure and argued with me until I said whatever. Now they shellack is chipping in less the 24 hours and they won't replace it for what I wanted the first place. They are the worst nail salon I have EVER visited and I get my nails done every week at other places. Terrible service and horrible people. Do not recommend

Only giving 1 star because I can't give 0. NOT CLEAN. THEY DO NOT USE NEW FILES. Terrible experience. They also did "gel" nails but they looked awful and when I asked to fix them she angrily soaked my nails in pure acetone. Once my nail beds started burninf and aching, I got up to leave. The main lady screamed at me for not paying, saying I had at least had a manicure. I left some money and will never go back.

Very unprofessional and rude. Do not listen to their customers. They did a terrible job. Nails are uneven and rough. When asked to shorten nails they ignored me. I would not recommend this place to anybody. This business should be shut down. I will never go back and urge others to go else where.
