Deceptive

I recently had my hair styled by Carmela. Although she came across as a very nice person, I found her deceptive in the quotes I received to what I was actually billed for the services requested. Ultimately, she charged me 50% more than the quoted prices for the services requested. I will not go back to someone that deceptive.

I came here for a cut and I was so happy with my hair so I decided to make this my go to . I came here to get my hair done for grad. I wanted a simple braided bun with a few curls here and there. I left without being shown what it looked like in the back and only saw what it looked like in the front. When I got home I asked my grandma to take a picture of it and it looked terrible. My hair was not in a bun there was a braid bobbypined vertical and falling out, it was a mess. I took it all out and just curled it myself because I had to leave for pictures right away. Very very disappointed and paid seventy dollars for a complete screw up. Definitely not coming back.
