HONEST staff! I went in to get highlights in my very dark brown hair and Shelly said that the bleach would damage my hair and I wouldn't get the result that I wanted. She could have easily made $100+ dollars by doing my hair but chose to be honest and advise that I don't go forward with the bleaching. Love the genuine care for her clients she gives.

I found the tattoo artist to be unprofessional. I needed a touch up done and it was almost impossible to get ahold of her. It took her seven weeks to get back to me and that was only because I expressed my disappointment and told her I was taking my business elsewhere. I regret getting my tattoo done by her, and now have to get it fixed by someone else. She seems arrogant and openly admitted to copying other artists work. I would definitely advise against going to her.

Done different then told. I don't have much time to do my hair to look nice.and don't like to complain. was trying this salon because of the many 5 stars. 3 time not happy with hair cuts (from different places ) I wanna have finally a nice result. Price seems little high, for not quite getting what I wanted.

Very unprofessional. I got a forward helix piercing and was not asked to sign any sort of waiver which was fishy. I had a lot of problems with it, and it even fell out of my ear. I asked for a refund and the piercer insisted I signed waiver saying no refunds when I was never asked to sign anything. I asked to see my signature on the waiver and she would not show me (because it doesn't exist). Additionally, when I got the piercing done she said it would take 15 minutes but it ended up taking around 45. I've also talked to many others who have had bad piercing experiences at this place. Completely unprofessional and not a good place to get pierced.

Not the best nail technicians, had my nail filed down to practically nothing and it was extremely painful. When i got a poor set i was told i couldn't be refunded because they had already used product.
