Haircut from hell

So today I went to aura and asked for a trim and some layers to get rid of my split ends. Worst mistake I've ever made, my hair was half way down my back, which had taken me 2 years to grow to that length; my hairdresser showed me about how much she was trim off for me (an inch) my hair is now above shoulder length with choppy uneven shorter pieces of hair that cannot be fixed unfortunately. I will now have to wait a few months for it to grow out so I can go get this fixed. After I had stopped her from cutting it any shorter than it was getting, she made a suggestion about something I could massage into my scalp to help my hair grow longer. She herself had absolutely no hair. I'm almost certain my hairdresser had no idea what she was doing. I thought I would share my experience for anyone else in the future

Great haircuts and friendly staff sometimes though I request a length or style and it seems a bit rushed. They also helped squeeze my 6 year old boy into a haircut appointment recently. Much appreciated. Always tip.

I have always gone by myself and now even take my girls to see Nikki, as she’s an amazing hairdresser and person. She’s always so positive and goes above and beyond her job to make sure that everyone is happy. I can’t wait to go back there, and have her take care of my bird nest of a haircut that I currently have. Lol. Absolutely love getting mine and my girls hair done by her there and I would recommend her to anyone looking for an amazing hairdresser. 😊

Tayler was absolutely phenomenal. My hair turned out better than i could have imagined, and she was extremely friendly and approachable. I would definitely recommend her to anyone I know who needs their hair done
