I usually never had a problem with this place, but the last lady who did my hair never cut it right. She didn't wet my hair or section it properly, & after I told her my hair breaks easily and is brittle she proceeded to use a hair straightener, which made it so my hair didn't fall naturally. She cut it very choppy when I asked for the most simple hair cut & when I got home there was so much I had to fix. My hair keeps sticking to my clothes like velcro. The way she was using the thinning shears ruined my hair. The attitude of this place is definitely off too. Not sure how she ever got through hair cutting school. She never directed my hair properly either & cut everything wrong. I paid $40 for a simple hair cut that I had to go home and fix because I was so embarrassed to be seen with what she did.

The worst hair cut I have ever had. No sectioning. Horrible layers thinned my hair without asking. And bangs that make me look like Joe Dirt. The absolute worst hair chopper ever. You cannot call her a stylist more like a butcher. Should be able to give negative stars. I feel robbed.

Worst experience ever. The stylist don't know anything. The things in hair cut and beard trimming which the stylist did, I would have done myself with a trimmer. Total waste of money

It was terrible experience today with them. I went to get a hair cut for my son. He had long hair. And can easily do the style that I have asked. I showed a picture and clearly said don’t make it short. The lady shaved the back of the hair which looked terrible. I even wondered does she know how to cut hair. While she was cutting politely asked not to make it short. But she ended up shaving the hair very short. Ultimately the hair looked so ugly, my son may need to stay another 3 months to have a normal hair look. Please listen to what your client says, communicate if you don’t get it. Don’t t just ruin someone's hair. I will not recommend this place to anyone. Specially the lady who did my son’s hair. I will not even think to go there here after.

Myself and my daughter went in for haircuts this weekend past. I explained she was getting trimmed to shoulder length (& clarified It needed to be evened up at the bottom) and for myself I just wanted the dead ends off. I specified that I was on a hair growth journey and wanted to keep it long. With ZERO communication whatsoever they chose to give both of us layers and the stylist took it upon herself to thin out my hair. I have a natural curl pattern to my hair and the lady never once sectioned my hair, She just took random pieces and cut. So choppy, different lengths, doesn’t blend well, and I can barely put my daughter’s hair into a ponytail for gym class anymore. Wish I read the reviews before I came here but I will not be returning again. So so upset. Going to purchase a pair of scissors and do our trims myself, once our hair finally grows out..
