I was looking for a stylist and was recommended Janessa. The first time I went for a cut, highlights and cover it can too $200, I was their a total of 4 times, each time the price going up significantly even though the prices behind the counter stayed the same. The last time I went she charged me $350.00. She didn't even have the guts to tell me the price, she whispered the amount in the cashiers ear and took off. I left the store feeling like a mark. Do not get this girl, she will size you up, ask about your job then charge whatever she wants.

Had my eyebrows waxed by Tiff? Asked the receptionist her name when I was paying because I had no idea what it was. Sat my in the chair to wax my eye brows, told me to keep my eyes shut during the process. Didnâ€™t ask any questions, didnâ€™t ask if I liked it after or show me my eye brows. When I was done sat back on the chair on her cellphone. She did a good job on my eye brows but not good customer service. I got the feeling she didnâ€™t really want to do them. She was efficient not friendly. If I wanted that I would go somewhere cheaper.

Jessica is amazing! It's hard to find a good hairdresser that actually knows how to cut hair and do a great colour, she never disappoints.

Customer service here is 5 stars in my opinion! And if you ever get the chance to catch Vikki, you wonâ€™t be disappointed but she only works there 2 days a month. That being said, You have employees currently; that put a number 1 on clippers, then put an imaginary tea plate on top of your head, and start to buzz around it, while telling me that she worked at a barber shop in Scotland or something, I think she meant to say dog groomers though. I left with a toupee on my head... I said Part, she heard BuZZ. I said Fade, she heard buZz I said Blend, She heard buZZ. I said make me look good.., she heard BuZZ. I wish I was able to attach a picture... If this place was compared too and priced like; â€œmagic cutsâ€ or the â€œquick cuttersâ€ what ever they are called, I would say shame on me and definitely would have expected this, but like common. Thereâ€™s not a lot of skill presented at this establishment currently. Unfortunately I wonâ€™t ever return here, Iâ€™ve gotten bad haircuts in my life before, but this is by far the worst you will ever see, I cannot believe the girl let me walk out of there thinking job well done... Iâ€™m writing this review because I was too embarrassed to say anything while I was leaving and because I have to go and find someone to try and salvage what remains.. For anyone reading this I really suggest you learn from my mistakes here and just donâ€™t bother.
