(Put a before and after picture to show) I have been coming to this place for a year and I was always in awe at how well the lady with the glasses does my eyebrows. Once when she wasn't there, another lady did them and completely messed them up. So whenever I would go I always asked for the lady with glasses. Yesterday only the lady who messed them up previously was there and had no choice but to go with her. I gave her the benefit of the doubt and she completely screwed up my eyebrows. One looks thinner than the other. To make this story worse, it's like she knew I wasn't going to tip and tried to charge me more than usual, AND as we were discussing the issue the lady with the glasses comes out from the back finishing up with a client. The lady who messed up my eyebrows look embarrassed and KNOWS I always request her, and even so tried to pretend like she wasn't in the salon and went ahead and touched my eyebrows. To top it all off, the lady I always go with did not see the problem and pretended like my eyebrows were fine- and made me pay the higher price the other lady gave to me! Needless to say they lost a customer. I used to go every 2 weeks. I'd rather give my money elsewhere. Would NOT recommend anymore!! Don't waste your money

Love the ladies here. They are very dedicated to customer satisfaction and would go to greater limits to achieve that. I love the wax they use. Actually pulls the hair without breaking them. Would greatly recommend these girls.

I’ve been coming to this salon for years. I get my wax, facial and hair done at least once a month. Her service is amazing, especially the golden facial! I always leave this places satisfied and so pleased. I highly recommend her services!
