I honestly don't know what the previous review is talking about. Whenever I go I have excellent customer service and I always find their prices are cheaper than everywhere else. They do exactly what you want them to do and they don't argue for anything. They are always happy to help. I have been going to this place since it opened and I am very very pleased with everything that they do. Maybe the other reviewer had a really bad experience but I've only ever had good. That sucks for the other reviewer. I say try going back but that's just me.

Awful customer service!!!! The two employees are horribly unprofessional. I am new to the area and decided to try this place out for basic services like eye brow threading. Every time I go to this place I am unsatisfied with the results and if I try to speak up they get extremely defensive and rude. Furthermore, they are very overpriced for all their services. The manager overcharged me for my services and then denied it afterwards. Now I know why they are always empty. Stealing people's money and providing terrible service!!!!! Unfortunately you can't teach good business or kindness. For this reason I have chosen to drive the extra 30 mins to receive my services elsewhere.
