My daughter wanted to treat me and bought me here to get our nails done together. It was both of our 1st time going here. I’m always iffy about going to new nail salons because I’ve had some really bad experiences and my regular place closed down suddenly for unknown reasons. But I’m happy to say that I def found my new go to nail salon. The service was amazing. Our appt was booked close to closing time and because of an unavoidable delay we were half hour late and they were getting ready to close up for the night. I apologized and said we would come back tomorrow if they wanted but they were totally accommodating and told us to come right in and have a seat and started taking care of us right away. Now i’m not saying that it’s OK to be late for your appts. not at all. That’s totally unfair to them. And I feel terrible that I was late. But it was just so nice that they still took care of us. The service was fast and efficient but not rushed at all. I will def be coming back.

very bad experience

yesterday for the very first time i visited jaded nails salon for manicure and pedicure (shellac) , i have so many cuts on my finger and toe nails and the service is also not upto my expectations they just try to do as many clients as they can , they r not worried about the quality of service they r providing. i never recommend this salon to anyone.

Thank you Alex for accepting me walk in so late to the time of closing. You and Amy stayed back just to get my pedicure done and remove my old ombré nails. Excellent service and very nice foot massage Amy! Amy did an amazing job on my shellac pedicure! 😍 This is called putting your customer first. I appreciate it 💕 thank you —Stella

I don’t know if i would even give this place a 1 star review. they are very rushed and super rude, and you know for a fact they are talking bad about you. They don’t do what you ask & then charge you ridiculous prices. I took my little sister here and paid over $70 for her nails, with a $20 charge for a simple design 🙄 ridiculous. i won’t be coming back. I also don’t like the fact they let their dog just roam the salon, im all for dogs, but i dont like a dog jumping up on me when i’m trying to get my nails done.

I have always had very good experiences here with the quality of my nails. This is the first time getting acrylics and the staff were very patient with me and spent time perfecting my nails. I showed a picture of what I wanted and they did a great job with matching it. the pricing is reasonable, it was $45 for acrylics with shellac when I spent $55 at Kenny's for pedicure and manicure with just nail polish. Jaded nails is my go to place.

This place is very friendly, but this time around I hated my nails. I called to make an appointment for dip powder removal, re application and new design. So you think they would make sure to have enough time to do all that. But unfortunately that was not my case. When I first came I asked if they were comfortable with doing the design I wanted and they said yes, if they said no I would have been fine with that and picked a different one. When they got to doing the design they switched ladies, and she seemed very rushed. I don't want to feel rushed when I get my nails done, and my design needed much patience. My design required gold so I picked one I liked from their options and they said they didn't have it, why have it on display if its not here? So they gave me a glitter gold which was not very pigmented. I thought they were going to go over the lines again but they did not so you can barely see it. It honestly looks like a 8year old drew on my nails. They are so bad I cried about them. I couldn't say anything to her face because she was so happy and thought she did a great job. But if I show a photo to recreate I am expecting it to look similar the the photo. The design she did wasn't even close. It looks horrible. My sister also got her nail design from the same lady and the lines were soooo messy. I do not recommend coming here if you want any sort of design. I want my money back!
